The full program

A two-year program for dance studies - start dancing at any age

Information about the program:

If you have a passion for dancing, whether you’ve never danced before, danced in the past and stopped, or if you’re looking for a non-judgmental, professional, and in-depth environment to reconnect with the world of dance – our belief is that everyone can dance, and this atmosphere can be felt in the school from the moment you step inside.
The full program allows you to learn and progress in various dance techniques, train the body, and deepen each student’s abilities. Lessons take place in a safe and supportive space, with a dedicated group advancing together, led by experienced teachers and a professional team that closely accompanies the process.
The syllabus includes contemporary dance, classical ballet, improvisation, contact, yoga, Pilates, personal and group creation, and repertoire workshops. Students also participate in enrichment workshops covering anatomy, the history of dance, nutrition for dancers, hip-hop, African dance, jazz, capoeira, and a video dance workshop.
The teaching staff in the program includes experienced dance professionals who have gained education and extensive experience in Israel and around the world. They focus on promoting each student from their starting point to their maximum achievements, providing personal attention and a supportive, encouraging atmosphere.
The program runs for two years (joining for one year only is possible) and is open to all ages (starting from age 18).
Classes take place three days a week, from 09:00 to 16:15.
In addition, each student will take an evening course tailored for them based on the professional recommendation of the school’s staff.

The full program opens a unique gateway to the worlds of dance and movement – whether as an enriching experience for two years or as a first step in a long movement career. Many of our adults have integrated into the dance and movement worlds – in training programs for dancers, in creation and performance, in choreography studies, in dance teaching studies, in second-degree studies in movement therapy, performing arts, and more.
To be accepted into the program, a personal interview is required.
First year’s classes began on 26.10.2025 and will conclude on 19.6.2026
